Available Land

Hello Winterfell,

There are a number of parcels currently available.  If you would like to upgrade your land holdings or know of anyone looking to join Winterfell as a resident, please pass on this information.  I am going to keep this information up to date on the web site and send out periodic notices with the information.

Remember current residents who are moving from one Winterfell parcel to another do not pay purchase price.

Added bonus to Winterfell residents bringing in new residents:  If you bring in a new resident and they stay a month or pay a month's tier upfront, you are entitled to a finders fee matching the purchase price of the land.  Please send a note card to me claiming your fee when the new resident purchases.

Winterfell Sanctuary is finished being remodeled.  We added a trail that will add to the charm of the forested areas and create a strong feeling of community.  There will be a community stables available to anyone looking to house their horses, a small fee of $L65 per 25 prims per week.  ABC brand horse training and horse sitting (feeding, training and breeding) is available upon request, fees to be determined by your needs.
